The Spice Bazaar: When you go to Eminonu, there is a place that you should definitely see. It is behind the New Mosque, next to the Flower Market. It is the oldest covered bazaar in Istanbul and also known for its herbalist shops. How to Go To Eminonu?

To get to Eminonu from Atakoy, first you have to get on the M1 line metro. In this way, you can reach Zeytinburnu stop via Şirinevler, Bahcelievler and Bakirkoy-Incirli stops. It is also possible to go to the same stop using the metrobus line

Then you can reach Eminonu by transferring to the T1 tramway. If you are on the Metrobus line, you can reach Eminonu by transferring it to the T1 tramway after you arrive at Zeytinburnu station. Eminonu: Ferry Hours

There is ferry voyages every 20 minutes from 07.00 to 20.40 on weekdays from Kadikoy. To Kadikoy from Eminonu, the ferry voyages is also available every 20 minutes starting from 07.30 until 21.40.

On Saturdays, the first voyage from Kadikoy is 07.10, the last one is at 20.30 and every 20 minutes. The trips starting from Eminonu at 07.40 end at 21.00. On Sundays and holidays, the voyages from Kadikoy to Eminonu is every 20 minutes and between 07:10-20:30 hours. On the other hand, the voyages from Eminonu to Kadikoy is between 07:40-21:00 hours.

Eminonu Islands: Ferry

It is very early that the first voyage is 06:50 am. This voyage is followed by 08.00, 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.30, 18.40, 19.40 and 23.00. These voyages start at Eminonu Pier and go to Kinaliada, Burgazada, Heybeliada and Buyukada after going to Kadikoy.

The ferry departing from Buyukada to Eminonu starts at 05.50 am. This voyage is followed by 06.35, 09.00, 10.30, 12.55, 15.00, 17.30, 18.15 and 20.20.

Eminonu: Shopping

Doubtfully, Eminonu is one of the most vibrant places of Istanbul. Here, you will be able to see a variety of products and also to buy them at a reasonable price. You will dive into the crowd with the historical fabric, feel as if you are in Wonderland and you will lose track of time here. That’s why, you had better to go Eminonu in early hours. It will be good to go on a weekday because of the crowd in the weekend. One reason for this is that most of the inns are closed on Sundays and holidays. On satudays, they are open but so crowded. But the Spice Bazaar and the street of Hasircilar Street next to it are open on Sundays.
