2- Miniatürk
Miniatürk is Turkey’s first mini park and has lots of historic structures of our country inside, in a minimal size of course. Mini buildings or ruins located in this mini-park are minimized but in accordance with the original architecture. If you want to see an important structure of all Turkey, not just Istanbul, you can take your friends and yourself to this beautiful area. It is located in the Sütlüce, which is the coast of the Golden Horn.
The area of this gigantic park consists of 60.000 square meters and inside of it, you can find a pool, little shopping centers, amphitheater, auto park, and playgrounds too. Miniatürk Open-Air Museum is open for its visitors every day of the year and has an auto park for approximately 500 cars.
It has miniatures of many important structures and places and you can hear their specifications with 9 different language support. You can have a Turkey tour with the Miniatürk and see all the prominent places of Turkey in just one trip. Moreover, you can take a tour of the park with the Miniatürk Express inside of the park. The park has over 100 structures and waiting for its visitors.
Where is Miniatürk?
Miniatürk, which is located at the Haliç Sütlüce, coastal side of the Golden Horn, is pretty easy to find and you can reach here easily with both your car and the public transportation.
How to go to the Miniatürk?
If you prefer bus as a public transportation, you can take 54HT from Taksim, 41ST from Topkapı, 54HŞ from Mecidiyeköy, 47, 47E and 47Ç from Eminönü. Moreover, you can just take a Metrobus and get off at the Halıcıoğlu station. After the station, you can take 41 ST or Topkapı – Seyrantepe minibusses to reach here.
With seaway, you can take the Dentur’s Haliç (the Golden Horn) Tours from Kabataş or Beşiktaş piers. That’s why you should choose this tour and see Galata Tower, Hagia Sophia, Dolmabahçe Palace while getting to the Miniatürk at your sea tour.
If you prefer going there with your private car, you can just follow the Haliç signboards and look for the Miniatürk signboard at the Golden Horn. It is pretty easy to get there and you can use your navigation too.

3- Kidzmondo
This park which has a different concept from other theme parks has a real plane cockpit inside. From this plane cockpit, children can enter an artificial city. It is actually a life space designed especially for children. Children can work in this city and earn money, which will help them to live in here. In this area which has approximately 40 different jobs to do, your child can taste the real-life experience for working. In this beautiful city, your child will be supported by 150 trained staff. Kidzmondo helps your children to earn their wages and create a living. This is placed inside of the Trump Shopping Center and suitable for 4-14 years old children. Park is open for its visitors all days of the week except the Monday. All the details inside designed and created for children and it is %70 close to a real life with its miniature city.
What is Kidzmondo?
In Kidzmondo, you or your child can experience lots of jobs including firemen, doctor, radioman, police, banker and theatre player. In this educational but fun park, children can learn what to do when they encounter a fireman or what to do for an emergency patient from experienced professionals. For their working hours, they can get a kind of money that is special to Kidzmondo and they can use it for buying chocolate or toys. By that way, your children can see how they earn money and how to spend it rationally in a kids way of course.
The miniature city consists of 4000 square meters and it is a door for children to the dreams. But be aware, after your child gets into this park, it is really hard to get them out so we recommend doing it in free days. For mothers or fathers waiting for their children, it is possible to sit and enjoy a meal or a drink from cafes and restaurants next to the park.
You can visit Kidzmondo from 10 am to 16 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If you want to visit it during Friday, Saturday or Sunday, 10 am to 20 pm is suitable for you.
For the entrance, you have to pay 30 Turkish Lira for children between 2 and 13 years old, 70 Turkish Lira for children between 4 – 14 years old and 30 Turkish Lira for children of 15 years old and for adults.
The entrance of Kidzmondo for 0 -1 year old is free and the reason behind the fee charge for people over 15 years old, because of the fact that the family members want to enter this place with their children too. Except that, you need to bring an adult with you for children up to 7 years old and this adult has to buy a ticket too.
How to Go Kidzmondo?
Kidzmondo is located inside of the Trump Shopping Center, Mecidiyeköy and open for its little guests. In order to reach Kidzmondo, you can just simply need to get to the Mecidiyeköy.
If you want to go there with Metrobus, you can get off at the Mecidiyeköy Station and pass through the underpass and you will see Trump Towers entrance.
If you want to go there with Metro, you can get off at Şişli – Mecidiyeköy Station from Taksim – Hacıosman Metro Line and use the underpass again to get to the Trump Towers.
If you want to go there with your private care, you can type the Trump Towers to your navigation.
By bus, you can take any bus that goes to the Mecidiyeköy and get off at the Mecidiyeköy center. You can just take 1 or 2 minutes to walk to Trump Towers.
