Taking into consideration the upcoming autumn, we continue to write about the natural places to visit in Istanbul in the autumn.
Natural Places to Visit in Istanbul in The Autumn Part 2
We can start the second part of our list of natural places to visit in Istanbul in the autumn.
POLONEZKOY
Polonezköy is one of the rare places where green and forest are preserved as the back garden of Istanbul for families who love to be intertwined with nature in our list of natural places to visit in Istanbul in autumn. Can be reached by following the signs of Polonezköy after crossing Acarkent from Kavacık turn on Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge. After a nice walk in the woods, you can have breakfast in Polonezköy, take your meat, salad and potato from the place, cook it yourself in the barbecue and eat it yourself, spread out on the grass or hammocks and enjoy the sun.
FENERBAHÇE PARKI
Fenerbahce Park is one of the rare places where you can find the sea and the green area in the city center. You can spread to the sea-facing lawns in Fenerbahçe Park, which is surrounded by sea on three sides, you can have a picnic at the wooden tables with sea views or you can benefit from the cafes within the park. For the weekend buffet breakfast lovers Cafe Romantika is quite a pleasant option.
BELGRADE FOREST
It is possible to come across beautiful streams and ponds when you go off route in the Belgrade Forest, the most well-known forest area of the European Side with a 6 km hiking and running track. Especially visually impressive in spring and autumn. As in all public areas, you should visit as early as possible to avoid crowds. I think the best alternative here is to have a picnic after a nice walk in the arms of Mother Earth.
